After the manufacturing process is completed, semi-finished products are systematically arranged in storage areas before entering the electrostatic powder spraying line. Workers ensure the uniformity of surface treatment. After spraying, the products are precisely packaged using automated machinery. For advanced wood grain designs, a specialized transfer printing technology is used to present realistic wood grain effects. The final step of the workflow is to place the inspected products in the shipping area, waiting for your instructions for shipment, while the orderly warehouse storage maintains strict inventory control.
